Terms of Use

For a great experience here is what you need to know!

  • We bring all the cleaning supplies.
  • We clean 365 days a year. We clean on all national holidays however there is a 30% price increase to your standard rate on the following days: Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
  • All cleans occur between 11:00AM – 4:00PM, we strongly advise you to set your Check In/Out to the same times. This ensures we can always complete same-day turnovers with additional work or communication needed from you.
  • The Express Clean pricing is based on your guests leaving your property in a normal post-stay condition. If your home requires special attention we will inform you, sending pictures and request your authorization for a Deep Clean if necessary.
  • All booked cleans are confirmed with an email notification that will be sent 2 days before the service date.
  • If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email, NO cleaning has been booked for that date. GuestPrep does not take responsibility for any missed cleans if a confirmation email was not received.

Linen Service

  • A deposit of $30.00 per Queen or King Set and $15.00 per twin set will be charged once a customer has selected to use the GuestPrep linen service. This deposit will be refunded if the customer decides to cease using the service, once the linens are returned in good working condition.
  • If linens are damaged or irreparably stained by guests, the customer will forfeit their deposit.
  • GuestPrep will charge another deposit if the customer wishes to continue using the linen service.
  • When signing up for the GuestPrep Linen Service, please remove/ restrict access to all bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. GuestPrep will provide everything needed, apart from pillows, duvets/comforters and blankets.

FEES

  • Cancellation Fee: GuestPrep reserves the right to assess a $20.00 cancellation fee if a clean is cancelled the same day as your service.
  • Same-Day Service Fee: If a clean is needed and can be booked at the last-minute on the same day, GuestPrep will charge a $20.00 surcharge. GuestPrep does not guarantee same-day service, but will make best efforts where possible.
  • Lock-Out Fee: If we cannot clean on the day of service, at any time during the 11am - 4pm window due reasons such as: guests not checking out on time or updated entry instructions not being provided. GuestPrep reserves the right to assess a $40.00 Lock-Out fee. If you authorize a late check-out please communicate this to GuestPrep before 6pm the day before the service date.

Cleaning Supplies and Equipment

  • GuestPrep provides cleaning products and all equipment required for cleaning your home. If you would like us to use specialty products (e.g., simply green, bleach, stainless steel cleaner, sponge mop), please stock this onsite and include this request in your special instructions within our on-boarding process. We are not responsible for ANY damage caused by cleaning products provided by the customer.
  • It is required that your home has running water and working electric outlets. We reserve the right to refuse cleaning of your home if these are not present.
  • Our cleaners are not allowed to climb past the second step of a step stool.

Booking Auto-Booking

  • All bookings MUST be made online through our platform at: app.guestprep.com
  • Bookings can be made Manually or by signing up for Auto-Booking (where GuestPrep syncs to your reservation calendar on websites such as Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway or booking.com)
  • All booked cleans are confirmed with an email notification that will be sent 2 days before the service date.
  • If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email, NO cleaning has been booked for that date. GuestPrep does not take responsibility for any missed cleans if a confirmation email was not received.
  • If you have booked a clean but not received a confirmation email 2 days before the service date, please call GuestPrep on 888.927.2836 ASAP.

GuestPrep Standard Guarantee

  • GuestPrep has performed over 20,000 short-term rental cleans and with almost all of these gaining a, 5 star review for cleanliness, from guests on the Airbnb, VRBO and HomeAway platforms. We stand by our quality, however if have issues with a service, please forward guest feedback or ideally pictures to your city contact.
  • We will endeavor to resolve any issue ASAP including potentially re-cleaning or refunding if warranted, depending on the situation.

Pricing Adjustments

  • The price set in by the online quote tool is an initial estimate and this will be the cost of your 1st service. However GuestPrep reserve the right to adjust this quote for ongoing services, after the 1st visit based on the size and complexity of your property.

Direct Hiring of Our Cleaners

  • GuestPrep invests heavily in procurement to find quality cleaners. Hiring OUR current, Ex- worker(s) and/or accepting side propositions makes you liable for an employment referral fee of $1000.00 if you directly employ (legally or cash basis) anyone currently or formerly employed by us within the 2 year period prior to such employment.
  • By using our service, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal business, otherwise; Attorney, Legal and miscellaneous expenses incurred to investigate and/or collect this fee will be added if this employment is discovered.
  • Unless complying with all laws; direct, unreported or inappropriate employment practices are illegal. You acknowledge being informed that Air CleanNSheen LLC (trading as GuestPrep) is obligated to report illegal hiring activities. In fact, anyone may report this to the proper Government and Judicial authorities so investigation ensues. Implication, complicity or withholding knowledge of illegal activity is not only prosecutable by Air CleanNSheen LLC (trading as GuestPrep) (when applicable), but also by United States Federal and Local Laws.

Pets

  • If a pet has been living in the property then a Deep Clean is automatically necessary, our Express Clean will not be sufficient to remove hair and odors for incoming guests.
  • We strongly advise that pets are removed from the premises before we arrive for the service.

Right to Refuse Service

  • Cleaners have the choice to leave upon arrival if the home is in extreme condition or feel unsafe/threatened. This could include but is not limited to: extreme mold, hoarding, abnormal buildup, threatening behavior, aggressive pets etc.

Large and Heavy items

  • Air CleanNSheen LLC (trading as GuestPrep) cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind, grout, chandelier, or vaulted ceiling fan cleaning. Mold remediation is a specialty. Air CleanNSheen LLC (trading as GuestPrep) does not provide mold remediation and cannot be liable for any mold related risks in client homes. Air CleanNSheen LLC (trading as GuestPrep) does not assume responsibility for the restoration of severely worn, stained or mildewed caulking and grout.
